Southern Style Spicy Ham Salad
Yield: Makes About 4 Cups

Ingredients

 

1 lb. Pahls Farm smoked ham, cut into 1” chunks

2 Phils Dills “Fire Garlic” Pickles, ½” slices

1 pickled pepper from above (optional)

½ cup Avocado or Olive Oil mayonnaise

1 tbsp. Maxs Degrees Champagne Honey Mustard

1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard

2 tbsp. San Giovannis Market Garden Spicy Microgreens

2 thick ribs celery, cut once lengthwise, thinly sliced crosswise

½ red onion, finely chopped

Maxs Degrees Smoked Serrano Salt & Pepper, to taste

Or

Maxs Degrees Sweet Southern Heat (½ tbsp+) & pinch of Apricot 7-Pot

½ tbsp roasted sunflower kernels (optional for crunch)

 

Instructions

Place ham chunks, sliced pickles, and optional pepper in a food processor, and pulse until roughly chopped. Transfer to a large bowl, along with mayonnaise, mustards, microgreens, celery, onion, and choice of spices and/or sunflower kernels; stir until combined. Chill before serving.
